- Assume responsibility for your trading decisions or account results.
All trading decisions remain solely your responsibility. You are responsible for your own due diligence, position sizing, risk management, tax reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and broker rules.
4. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
All content provided through the Service—including charts, examples, commentary, frameworks, indicators, case studies, trade illustrations, videos, community discussions, and written materials—is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

6. Membership, Billing, and Payment
Access to paid features may be offered on a recurring subscription basis, such as monthly or annual plans, as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
- Fees, billing intervals, and included features are disclosed at checkout.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods upon reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and your right to cancel before renewal.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

- You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date;
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period;

Initiating an improper chargeback after receiving the Service may result in account termination and collection efforts where permitted by law.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal educational and trading decision-support purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party platforms such as brokers, charting tools, payment processors, video hosts, or community software. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing, policies, or performance.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any mention of third-party names or tools is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that market data will be complete or timely, or that use of the Service will improve your trading results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Infinity Pte Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmic Infinity Pte Ltd and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Member Content and Community Conduct
If the Service includes forums, comments, calls, chats, or other member-generated content, you are solely responsible for what you post or share. We may remove content or restrict access that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, promotional spam, or otherwise harmful, but we have no obligation to monitor all member communications.
Opinions expressed by members are their own and do not represent the views of Cosmic Infinity Pte Ltd.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law grants you non-waivable rights to bring proceedings in another forum.

19. Miscellaneous

- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
